  • HomeLife Company’s 5 year limited warranty is applicable to new HomeLife Company mattresses purchased from an authorized retailer.

To maintain your Warranty, you will need to comply with the conditions stated here. Your new HomeLife Company product comes with a limited 5 year warranty against any manufacturing defects. HomeLife Company warrants your mattress against defects in workmanship and materials. Register your product to receive up-to-date warranty and product information. This warranty becomes valid once the return window of your purchase expires. Your product will be repaired, replaced or you will receive a prorated refund, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained herein.

Warranted defects are understood to not include any regular increase in softness of the foam that can occur in regular break in. It is important that the customer maintains a proper foundation to give adequate support for the mattress in order to maintain warranty. Using improper foundations, platforms or other bases may result in damage to the product. The warranty is deemed void if an improper base was used, resulting in the mattress to fail. This warranty does not cover deterioration of the foam that results in an indentation of less than 1.5 inches, separate from a sag in foundation, box spring, platform or mattress. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will examine the product and decide, at our sole discretion, to either replace the mattress or provide a prorated refund. Only the piece or part determined to be defective will be replaced or repaired. The warranty and financial responsibility of the manufacturer applies only to the product itself and it does not extend to additional items that might be used alongside the purchased product. This limited warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages that result from misuse by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear. The warranty will not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident and/or neglect, including burns, cuts, water damage, mold, stains, or is otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary. If a heating pad or electric blanket is used with a memory foam mattress, it will void this warranty. It is mandatory that customers protect the mattress with a stain resistant pad. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, please stop using this product immediately and call customer service at 1-833-502-2500.This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product, as indicated on the original sales receipt or invoice and who purchased the product from an authorized dealer as a new product. Please retain your original invoice, as it is required and is the only acceptable proof of purchase.The warranty applies only when the product has been properly used by the original purchaser according to the care instructions. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

If you encounter a manufacturing defect, please stop using this product immediately and call customer service at 1-833-502-2500. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product, as indicated on the original sales receipt or invoice and who purchased the product from an authorized dealer as a new product. Please retain your original invoice, as it is required and is the only acceptable proof of purchase. The warranty applies only when the product has been properly used by the original purchaser according to instructions. Proper use also means that the product was not abused by the consumer, as defined by the manufacturer, including not exceeding the weight capacity. This warranty is deemed void if any structural modification has been made to the foundation or any part of the foundation as delivered is removed.
