How do I know when an item I want is back in stock?

Where are HomeLife Company products manufactured?

We are glad you asked! Our products are designed and manufactured across the world, including Malaysia, Indonesia, and China.

Where can I try out a HomeLife company mattress or bed frame?

We have a retail space where you can come in and try out the goods. You can find our showroom at 39 Meade St, Trenton, New Jersey US 08638.

Shipping and returns

What is HomeLife Company’s return and exchange policy?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free via FedEx Ground.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery is not available for Hawaii and Alaska yet.

Can I pay for expedited shipping or request shipping on a specific date?

While we are always trying to improve our services, we don’t quite offer expedited shipping options or specific delivery dates to choose from just yet

Returning/Refunding a decompressed or unfolded mattress

If you have already decompressed or unfolded your mattress, we suggest donating them to charities like Red Cross and other charities that provide local pick ups. You can even donate them to churches or any nonprofit organisation as long as they can give a proof of donation or receipt. Send your proof of donation to info@homelifecompany.com so that we can start the refund process.

If you cannot donate the mattresses to a charity or nonprofit, you may also dispose of them at a local disposal or recycling center. Some organisations provide free pickups for furniture disposal, check with your local authority. Remember to ask for a disposal receipt, together with the address and contact details of the disposal location and/or photos of the item being removed. Then forward the information to info@homelifecompany.com and we will begin the refund review.

Do you offer removal services for old mattresses or foundations?

Unfortunately, we do not offer removal services. This helps us offer you good quality products for competitive prices. Check with your city if they offer pick up services for mattress disposal.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Our orders are shipped via FedEx Ground without the need for signature upon delivery. However, FedEx will decide if it is safe to leave your package on your doorstep, we trust them!

Do you do personal delivery?

We are expanding our personal delivery and assembly services. Key in your postal code at check out to see if your location qualifies for our personal delivery service.

I purchased your products through an online retailer. How can I return or cancel my order?

If you’ve purchased a HomeLife Company product from our partner retailers, the best thing to do is to reach out to the retailer directly for support on return or cancellation instructions.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Unfortunately, not yet. Our orders are shipped on weekdays via FedEx Ground.

Mattresses

Do I need a spring mattress, memory foam, or hybrid mattress?

Our quality spring mattresses are engineered to last while providing optimal comfort. Our hybrid memory mattress series is for those who want it all, or want to transition from traditional spring to a quality foam mattress. Our hybrid memory foam mattresses are engineered to give you a cooling sleeping experience. They offer maximum comfort by conforming to your body for a good night’s rest.

What kind of mattress foundations should I use to support my mattress?

Home Life Mattresses need a strong and sturdy base! This can be a platform or box foundation. All our mattresses are compatible with adjustable bed frames and bed bases too! 
Avoid springs in your foundation to prevent a sagging mattress. If you're looking for a strong base with awesome storage options, look no further! Find sturdy bed frames and platforms .

Can I sleep on my mattress the first night?

It may take a full 72 hours for your mattress to decompress and reach its full height. But feel free to sleep on it the first night, it’s absolutely safe.

Can I wash my mattress cover?

Our mattresses and covers do not need removal as they are self-contained systems. The mattress cover is not washable nor removable, so please always leave the cover on.

How do I know a HomeLife Company mattress is safe?

All our mattresses are 100% Green Foam Certified.They are made of non-toxic and eco-friendly material so that you can make your dreams of better sleep come true.

Should I rotate my mattress? Will it last longer if I rotate or flip my mattress?

Yes, rotating your mattress every season will prevent uneven wear and extend mattress life.

We don’t recommend flipping the mattress though. Our mattresses are not designed to be flipped.

How long can I keep my HomeLife Company mattress in its packaging?

We recommend taking your mattress out as soon as it is delivered. Also, remember that you can return mattresses anytime within 60 days of delivery.

What kind of bed base is best for my mattress?

Our mattresses are compatible with most bed bases! Any bed bases, platform beds, a slatted base, box springs, bunkie board or adjustable bed frames work. For the best support, we recommend a flat surface for your mattress base.

Why does my mattress not reach its full height?

Fret not. While our mattresses take about 48 to 72 hours to fully decompress, sometimes this process can take up to a week. You can still sleep on the mattress while waiting for it to fully decompress. Actually doing so will help the process!

If after one week your mattress has still not reached its full height, reach out to us  and we will help you with a warranty claim process.

What are Oliver Smith Cool Memory Foam & Pocket Spring mattress made of?

For the best night’s sleep, we designed our Oliver Smith mattresses to be made from 100% Green Foam Certified Cooling Foam and natural, organic cotton. Our organic Mattress Line is engineered to create a cooling sleeping experience.

How do I know that your mattresses are safe?

All our mattresses at HomeLife Company are 100% Green Foam Certified, meaning that they are made of the highest-rated non-toxic foam available. All of our mattresses have been tested and meet rigorous safety requirements so that you can sleep with a peace of mind.

Do HomeLife Company mattresses contain fire retardants?

We have a chemical-free fire barrier in every mattress.

What are the dimensions of your mattresses?

Our beloved mattresses come in the standard US dimension, which you can find below.

Twin: 39” x 75”

How do I clean a HomeLife Company mattress?

If there are any spots or stains, you can clean with a gentle soap and clean towel. Do not drench the mattress and foam. It is always best to use a mattress protector to prevent any liquid from staining the mattress.

What is the weight limit of a HomeLife Company platform bed ?

We do have weight limits, but they are just suggestions. Many reviews show that our beds are able to stand greater weights.

Twin: 250 lbs

Full/Queen: 500 lbs

King/California King: 500 lbs

Do I need a box spring with a HomeLife Company platform bed frame?

Box Springs are not required for our bed frames, as our platform beds come with slats.

Do I need any tools to assemble the bed?

All the tools needed are already provided in our packaging.

Will my mattress sit on top of the bed frame or inside the frame?

All our beds are designed to have slats on the frame level so that mattresses sit on top of and not inside the bed frame.

Are mattresses included with beds?

Mattresses are sold separately. You can shop for our comfy mattresses here.

How do I claim a warranty?

We always try our best. But despite our efforts, sometimes mistakes do happen. If there are any faults in the products or any manufacturing defects, we will help you sort it out as soon as possible. If you would like to start a warranty claim, please submit a request via email at info@homelifecompany.com  and we will take care of it.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

You need to pay a sales tax if your order is delivered within the states of California and South Carolina.
